The four-mile-long Sunshine Skyway Bridge forms a stunning silhouette across Tampa Bay, making it a popular photo subject and setting for automobile commercials.

Opening in 1954, the first Sunshine Skyway Bridge reduced travel time across the bay and opened a route to southern Florida. The two lanes of the span became crowded, so another bridge was built next to it to relieve the traffic.

No refunds will be made after 60 days after the sale date unless extra time is granted. Due to the high cost of obtaining certificates we will only refund the cost of the stamp and not the cost of the certificate. For U.S. stamps only certificates from either APS, PSE or from the Philatelic Foundation are accepted, however "graded" certificates or "encased" items are not accepted.
Proof of the inability to express an opinion is not grounds for return.
