Centering & Condition: Mint. Very Fine folded Message-Reply card with a host of problems!
First, the Message card has the overprint shifted down. Then, the reply card
not only has a double overprint with one INVERTED but it ALSO has
an overprint on the BACK and a partial impression of a second overprint there as well!
So, instead of only TWO surcharges, this card has FOUR and a HALF!
