ex Seigel USA Scott #J17, Mint Original gum, previously hinged, no remnant, two partial (small) hinge marks in opposing corners. Centering is Fine+, perfs are clear all around but close at top and right. Very fresh appearing stamp with strong color. This is very typical centering for this number, well centered examples are few and far between.
