This is the 24 cent green and violet Declaration of Independence design from the 1869 Pictorial Issue. Stamp is USED with visible cancellation/pen marking. No original gum present as expected for used examples.

Design details remain visible with solid color and identifiable engraving features. Paper shows normal age toning consistent with classic era material.
