Full margins with all four plate number inscriptions (18770) and complete "International Philatelic Exhibition, Oct. 16th to 23rd, 1926 / New York, N.Y., U.S.A." selvage text. Bright, fresh carmine rose color. Stamps appear never hinged; very light hinge remnant in top selvage only — none of the 25 stamps affected. Perforation irregularities at arrow positions as noted. Please examine all scans carefully. A classic early U.S. souvenir sheet from a landmark philatelic event. Set in an album and mounted the perforation separations are not noticable.
