Scott #540 F-VF MNH OG Perf 11 X 10 2-cent George Washington coil waste issue. This is a beauty of a top Plate block with the S30 marking and as most serious collectors know coil waste stamps like the 538's are seldom centered nicely. Fresh with nice margins. Only the top stamps have a hinge mark.
