Scott #325 XF MNH OG -3 cent issue from the Louisiana Purchase series depicting James Monroe. Very Fresh stamp with no gum problems. Broken from a set of strips of 3 that were all exceptionally well centered. Centering on this early series of commemoratives is usually quite poor so here's your opportunity to get one with excellent nearly perfect centering. What a beauty that you need to get into your collection
