There were three machines used to perforate the stamps of the Chung Hwa Printings: Comb Perforation, Line Perforation, and Harrow Perforation. Harrow perforation is not listed in the catalogs and is rather scarce. It is recognized by the rough nature of the perforations.

These are either original or reengraved depending on the shape of the foot of the two.
